About the Author
Thomas V. Metz, Jr. founded T.V. Metz & Co., LLC in 1983 and has been an investment banker for more than 30 years. Mr. Metz has arranged and negotiated merger and acquisition transactions across North America as well as Europe and Asia. The primary focus is arranging the sale of companies in which the value is strategic, typically in the technology, software and tech-service industries.

Mr. Metz has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Oregon. He holds an MBA degree from the University of California at Berkeley.

Tom has authored two other books. The first, Perfect Your Exit Strategy
